Jeffrey Foucault

Jeffrey Foucault is an American songwriter, guitarist, and producer whose work marries country, blues, rock 'n' roll, and folk into a spare, emotionally direct brand of Americana. Raised in Whitewater, Wisconsin, and now based in western Massachusetts, he has spent more than two decades on the road, building an international touring career on a string of acclaimed albums. His 2024 release The Universal Fire, recorded live in one room with members of Calexico and Bon Iver, followed the loss of longtime drummer and collaborator Billy Conway. Foucault is also known as a producer and for collaborations including Cold Satellite with poet Lisa Olstein and the trio Redbird with Kris Delmhorst and Peter Mulvey.
