Fruit Lo0ops

Fruit LoOops are a Cincinnati-born art-punk and no-wave dance band now spread between Ohio and Chicago. Frontperson Jackie Switzer leads a trio completed by Patrick Apfelbeck on acoustic and electronic percussion and Kevin Hall on keyboards and synthesizers, with Sam Jayne contributing performance art. Their sound pairs manic live and digital percussion, frazzled synths, and unhinged vocals with theatrical staging that has included a Wizard infomercial and a recreation of Titanic. They have released several records, including Orangina, You're Somebody's World, and the 2025 EP Everything Is Clear to Me Now on Orange Milk Records, and are known for a confrontational, ever-changing live show.
