Dumpster Puppies

Dumpster Puppies are a punk rock band from Crescent City, California, on the state's far northern coast. Fronted by vocalist Samala Zion, with Alias on guitar, Turtle on drums and Taylor on bass, the group plays raw, high-energy punk built around themes of survival, resilience and unity. Their debut live release, Live at TKL, was issued in January 2025 through the Crescent City label FugHead Records, and the band has become a regular presence on North Coast bills alongside Humboldt punk acts.
