DJ Still Ill

DJ Still Ill is an Arcata-based DJ known for hosting Smiths and Morrissey dance nights at The Miniplex at Richards' Goat Tavern in Arcata, California. Sharing the decks with DJ Hang the DJ, the recurring parties are built on melancholy, feel-good jangle pop from The Smiths and 'Smiths-adjacent' acts such as The Cure, Echo & the Bunnymen and David Bowie, often spun all-vinyl. The events feature costume contests and a sliding-scale, no-one-turned-away cover.
