Dawn Lambeth's Daybreakers

Dawn Lambeth's Daybreakers is a traditional jazz and swing outfit led by vocalist Dawn Lambeth, a longtime favorite on California's Central Coast based in Paso Robles. Backed by a small band of players steeped in 1930s and 1950s small-group jazz, Lambeth applies her warm, understated phrasing to Great American Songbook standards and lesser-known gems. Named by trumpeter Danny Tobias, the group is a fixture at West Coast festivals including Eureka's Redwood Coast Music Festival and Monterey's Jazz Bash by the Bay. Their 2025 album I Get Ideas was issued on CD and limited vinyl.
