Danny Tobias Quintet

The Danny Tobias Quintet is a New Jersey-rooted swing and classic jazz group led by cornetist and trumpeter Danny Tobias. A Trenton native, Tobias has played professionally since his teens and draws on the styles of Louis Armstrong, Ruby Braff, Buck Clayton and Chet Baker. The quintet performs vintage standards and original material with a warm, melodic front line, captured live on the album Complete Abandon!.
