Dan Horton

Dan Horton is a saxophonist and clarinetist based in Humboldt County, California. He performs with the swing-pop group Swingo Domingo and with the jazz collective After Hours, including a New Orleans jazz program drawing on Jelly Roll Morton, Fats Waller, Sidney Bechet, Louis Armstrong and Wynton Marsalis. His playing moves between swing, Latin, funk and traditional New Orleans styles, with clarinet and saxophone both featured in his front-line work.
