Cruise Control
Cruise Control is a jangle-pop and country-rock band from Portland, Oregon, formed during the pandemic by songwriters Izzy Dupuis (Lonesome Cowboy Iz) and Lee Butterfield (Mr. Butterfield) after their punk projects wound down. Blending classic country harmonies with power-pop and 60s/70s rock, the group is rounded out by Penny Olives and Tim Daylight and built a following through residencies at Portland's Laurelthirst Pub. Their debut album, 1st, arrived in 2022, followed by the Like a Bell single in 2024 and the sophomore LP Time Is an Angel in 2025.
