Clint Baker & Alice Spencer

Clint Baker & Alice Spencer are a traditional-jazz pairing that joins Bay Area multi-instrumentalist and bandleader Clint Baker with Austin vocalist Alice Spencer. Baker has led New Orleans and swing groups since 1990, playing cornet, trumpet, trombone, clarinet, guitar, banjo and more, and has appeared at the New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival and the Monterey Jazz Festival. Spencer is a soulful, sly interpreter of 1920s-'40s jazz and blues who has performed with Shinyribs, The Geyer Street Sheiks and Hal Smith's Overland Swing Express, and released the solo album Sing It Way Down Low. Together they perform classic hot jazz, swing and blues repertoire, often sharing festival stages such as Eureka's Redwood Coast Music Festival.
