Casa Sueño
Casa Sueño is an experimental trio formed in late 2025 by guitarist and vocalist Mike Baggetta, drummer John Herndon, and bassist Mike Watt. Taking their name from La Monte Young and Marian Zazeela's long-running NYC drone and art installation, the band blends fearless improvisation, feverishly limitless grooves, and otherworldly psychedelic song forms. They recorded their debut 2-song 7-inch, House of Dreams, at Casa Hanzo in San Pedro for Nomad Eel Records and launched their first West Coast tour, stretching from Mexico to Canada, in fall 2026.
